Weaponised Incompetence
Weaponised incompetence is doing a task so badly, or claiming you simply cannot do it, that the other person gives up and takes it over themselves.
It shows up as "I didn't know where it goes," "you're just better at it," or a job done so half-heartedly that it is easier to do it yourself next time. The result is that the work quietly lands back on the same person, usually the default parent.
Whether it is conscious or not, the effect is the same: one person keeps carrying the load. Naming it for what it is, rather than accepting "I'm just no good at this," is how you stop absorbing it.
